Close to Bush Gardens, nice and clean.
Pool under reonvation guest had to use university pool & that closed early.

Hotel was close to Bush Gardens, nice and clean. Breakfast was good and omelets were very good. Hotel pool was under renovations so I did not get to use the pool. From 5pm-7pm complimentary drinks was nice.

I enjoyed the how friendly and courteous the employees were.

I enjoyed Tom the driver. He was helpful, funny and punctual in picking us up and dropping us off at our destinations. I also enjoyed Mark, I believe that was his name, at the front desk. An older gentlemen with impeccable manners. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tampa Bay Embassy Suites and will recommend it to all of my friends!! ...read more

I like that the hotel had open indoor room all facing each other.
No comment.

The hotel rooms are very nice. The hotel is family friendly and serves a very good free breakfast buffet.

The hotel suite was very large and homey, the pool large, the breakfast wonderful.
Hot tub did not feel hot.

The hotel staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer all questions, the cook to order breakfast was very good, the hotel was approx. 1 mile from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, this hotel has a pool, hot tub, exercise room, manager special every night, arcade for the kids, the hotel restaurant is spend but very nice atmosphere. The size of the TV's.

Overall you will enjoy your stay. 1 mile away for Bush Gardens/Adventure Island. The rooms are all the same but pretty big. Regular TV's. The free breakfast was a delight.

Room smelled of cigarettes.

Good location, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast and managers reception in evening, good restaurant, I had stay again in a different room.

Free shuttle service was very convenient.
Breakfast quality was one of the worst (except omelets).

This hotel performed its duties well. The rooms are nice and big (similar to all Embassy Suites). Unfortunately we were stuck with a smoking room and since there was no front desk staff to be found, we had to push our way through the stubborn Automatic Check-in Machine. Needless to say, we got stuck with the smoking room. The smell of smoke was not that noticeable over the smell of the freshener they use. The hotel lobby is great, with running water and trees. If you go to breakfast, get the omelet and sausage, everything else was just gross (and cold). The shuttle service was free and easy. You simply walk to the desk, they drive you where you want to go and give you a card to call for you return trip. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. ...read more
